Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom logo products are made to order and may only be returned for manufacturing defects.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
